Ingredients

SALMON FILET, whole, or cut into four-ounce
pieces

MAYONNAISE, ½ cup
·
DIJON MUSTARD, 2 tablespoons
·
SALT and PEPPER, to taste
Directions
1.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon.
2.
Combine the mayonnaise and mustard, and spread
on the top of the salmon.
3.
Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with
aluminum foil or parchment paper.
4.
Bake for 10-15 minutes in a 350-degree oven, or
until the fish is just cooked through and flakes easily.
5.
Turn on the broiler and broil until the Dijonnaise
topping is golden-brown. Do not overcook.
6.
Serve with a salad or scalloped potatoes.
